First-class in every detail. The menu items delight and the servers always deliver. I experienced helpful, courteous staff in immaculate surroundings. Their employees welcome you with personal recognition. Exceptional food, great help, and remarkably nice team!

Looks like we're in the dining area of a house, very cute. There's even an enclosed outdoor area. But it was too hot to sit outside ;) There was a large party taking up half the space. Luckily we made reservations. They were pretty boisterous. Service was excellent. Susan was very helpful as we've never had Armenian food. Bedros (not sure of the spelling) was on point clearing plates and getting extra plates, utensils etc. Considering such a large party they still came to check on us regularly. :) When we sat down they brought us basket of pitas and a plate of , , pickled cabbage and pickled banana pepper. This was so good, much better than just boring bread and butter! I don't know what kind of cheese it was but I really liked it. I don't usually like unknown but hubby will eat any kind of LoL We ordered: Armenian - this was really good! We each had 2 cups :D Kibbehs - nice and crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside, wasn't too doughy like other places Sujuk - Armenian Sausage - delicious! The stew like tomato on top gave the sausage a nice juiciness, might have felt dry without it, nicely complements the sausage Yalanji - Grape Leaves - one of the best I've had! Had to get an extra order to take home :D Okra with Mujadara - was only on the lunch menu but as our friend is vegetarian, they made an exception for him and he enjoyed the Okra and Lentil Rice Rack of Lamb - hubby loved the lamb, I'm not a lamb fan but it was flavorful. And hubby loved the Lentil Rice Grilled Salmon - I've had over cooked salmon in some very upscale restaurants so was surprised this was perfectly cooked over a bed of spinach which itself was very good. I didn't like the Lentil Rice to me it was too sweet, and clashed with my salmon, hubby was happy to take it off my plate LOL Definitely worth a try. It's similar to other middle eastern cuisine but there's just enough of a difference to warrant a try. :)

Great Armenian restaurant, among the very few if any you'll find in the area. I tried the Manti (beef stuffed in dough) with yogurt on the side. Chicken thighs grilled and cooked to perfection. Served with beans and fries on the side. The fries were okay, and the beans while they're not my favorite side dish, they were okay too. I also had a yogurt drink (Ayran), pretty authentic middle Eastern drink and refreshing too. Plenty of parking space too. I definitely recommend this place if you like Middle Eastern or Armenian food.

This restaurant deserves enthusiastic recommendations. The meals are filling, prices fair, and taste remarkable. Both the cuisine and employees impressed us. I find their consistent excellence remarkable. I should visit again to explore their specialties.

Yesterday, I dined inside of this restaurant to celebrate the thirty-fourth anniversary of Armenia gaining its independence from Russia. Not only did I meet Armenians therein and one of the workers who was a Syrian, but I also had a wonderful time inside and I greeted the fellow customers kindly. I enjoyed the hummus, the Armenian hot tea with cloves, and the Arayis.

A Paterson staple for middle eastern cuisine. Try the lentils and rice combo with a mixed grill, Armenian salad and their hummus. Excellence is an understatement. 10/10 and amazing hospitable experience during Ramadan.

Absolutely delicious! For appetizers, we had some middle-eastern delicacis: Fried Halloumi, arayes, and some hummus with pita. All of these apps were delicious! The halloumi was squeaky and salty. The arayes reminded me of a Mediterranean quesadilla (minus the cheese), and hummus any time is a good time. I had gone with a group (about 7+), and ordered the lambchops ($25). It came with four pieces, some vegetable, and the option of either rice, lentils, or fries. As you can see in the photo, I had opted for the french-fry option. I did get a chance to try the lentils from a friend, and have to say, the lentils, too, were delicious! They had a yummy, caramalized onion, deep flavor. I asked the server in what preparation the lamb would taste best, and she said "medium-well". It was indeed, the best way to have eaten it. After, we had a small cake we brought, and the servers were nice enough to sing Happy Birthday. We finished the evening ordering some hot teas and coffees, which were absolutely amazing. The coffee is a deep, not bitter, and very espresso-like. The residue remains at the bottom of the cup. 5/5
